Support that moves with you

Kinesiology Taping.

Flexible kinesiology tape, applied with intention — it doesn’t immobilize, it supports you while you move. For strained muscles, cranky joints, and athletes who’d rather not sit the season out. Applied right, in Bradenton.

RockTape kinesiology taping in Bradenton, FL
Support, without standing still.

Old-school athletic taping locks a joint down. Kinesiology taping does nearly the opposite: stretchy, skin-friendly tape laid along muscles and joints that moves with you, gives gentle lift and feedback, and reminds the area how to carry itself while it recovers.

Placement is the whole game — tape applied without a plan is just sticky ribbon. Dr. Moore tapes based on what your evaluation actually found.

It typically stays on several days — through showers, workouts, pickleball, golf, and everything between — quietly supporting the area between visits.

Honest framing: tape is a bridge, not a cure. It extends the work we do in the office into your week, while the underlying plan — adjustments, soft-tissue work, movement — fixes what needs fixing.

How we practice

We’re not trying to keep you here forever.

Dr. Moore’s goal is simple: find the problem, build a plan, get you feeling well and active — then clear you to go live your life. You’re the one who feels the difference, so we check in on how you’re responding and adjust the plan around what you tell us.
A plan with an endpoint
We treat what needs treating, get you better, then clear you. You’re here as long as you need to be — and not a day longer.
Wellness on your terms
Feeling great? Go enjoy it. Occasional check-ins — monthly, or every few months — are welcome if they help you stay feeling good. Never required.
Not improving? We dig deeper
We don’t repeat the same treatment without progress. If you’re not responding, we refer out — for imaging (X‑ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound) or to the right specialist — to find out why.

Taping FAQ

Good questions.

How long does the tape stay on?
Typically several days - through showers, workouts, and daily life. It’s designed to move and breathe with you.
Will it restrict my movement?
No - that’s the point. Kinesiology tape supports while preserving full range of motion, unlike rigid athletic taping.
Does it fix the injury?
Honestly, no - tape is a bridge, not a cure. It supports the area between visits while your actual care plan does the fixing.
Can I get taped before a tournament?
Yes - plenty of our pickleball and golf patients do exactly that. Tell us your schedule and we’ll time it.
What if I have sensitive skin?
The tape is generally skin-friendly, but tell us about sensitivities or adhesive reactions first and we’ll test or choose another approach.
