Not for emergencies

Our website and forms aren’t watched around the clock. If you have a medical emergency, call 911. For anything urgent about your care, call us at (941) 220-6993 during office hours (Mon–Thu 9–6, closed 12–1 for lunch).

Using the site doesn’t make you a patient

Browsing this site, sending a form, or requesting an appointment doesn’t create a doctor–patient relationship. That begins when you’re seen in our office and agree to care.

Links to other sites

We link to a few outside websites, such as maps, social media, and the independent massage therapist who practices on-site. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Who sends it: Two Palms Chiropractic and Wellness, LLC, 5620 Tara Blvd, Suite 103, Bradenton, FL 34203.
What we send: office directions, our new-patient form link, and appointment confirmations and reminders if you ask for them. We do not send marketing texts.
How you opt in: check the optional box on our new-patient form, or tell us yes on the phone when we offer to text you.
Message frequency varies. Most people get only 1–3 texts, depending on what they request.
