Support for your care plan

Recovery & Support.

Four supporting therapies — RockTape, NormaTec Compression Boots, therapeutic ultrasound, and e‑stim — that we layer into your care plan in Bradenton when they’ll genuinely help your main treatment work better.

Recovery and support therapies in Bradenton, FL
The supporting cast that helps the plan work.

None of these four is a stand-alone cure — and we won’t pretend otherwise. They’re supporting therapies: tools we add around your adjustments, decompression, or soft-tissue work when they can ease pain, calm muscles, or help you recover between visits.

Dr. Moore recommends them the same way she recommends everything — only when they fit your plan, and dropped when they’ve done their job.

Each one earns its place differently: tape supports muscles and joints while you stay active, compression aids circulation and recovery, ultrasound soothes deep tissue with sound waves, and e‑stim calms tight, overworked muscles.

You’re the one who feels the difference — so we check in on how you’re responding and keep, adjust, or retire each tool based on what you tell us.

The four therapies

Four tools, used honestly.

RockTape & Kinesiology Taping
Flexible, supportive tape applied over muscles and joints. It doesn’t immobilize — it supports you while you move, offering gentle feedback and support for strained areas during sport and daily life. Tape typically stays on for several days, through showers and workouts. Full page →
NormaTec Compression Boots
Dynamic sleeve compression that rhythmically squeezes and releases along the limb, supporting circulation and that “fresh legs” feeling after hard activity. A favorite of our pickleball and golf crowd — most people find it deeply relaxing. Full page →
Therapeutic Ultrasound
Not the imaging kind — this ultrasound delivers gentle sound waves into deep tissue, creating subtle warmth that soothes tight, sore areas and supports the tissue’s recovery environment. You feel little more than the wand gliding. Full page →
E‑Stim (Electrical Muscle Stimulation)
Soft electrical pulses through surface pads that gently cycle tight, overworked muscles — helping them relax and easing pain signals. It feels like a light tingling or fluttering, and most people find sessions surprisingly pleasant. Full page →
What to expect

How they fit your plan.

1

Built around your care

These are add-ons to a real plan — adjustments, decompression, or soft-tissue work — not the plan itself.

2

Layered in when useful

Dr. Moore suggests a supporting therapy only when it can genuinely help — easing pain, calming muscles, or speeding recovery between visits.

3

Retired when done

As you improve, supports come off. The goal is always the same: get you feeling well, then clear you to go live your life.

How we practice

We’re not trying to keep you here forever.

Dr. Moore’s goal is simple: find the problem, build a plan, get you feeling well and active — then clear you to go live your life. You’re the one who feels the difference, so we check in on how you’re responding and adjust the plan around what you tell us.
A plan with an endpoint
We treat what needs treating, get you better, then clear you. You’re here as long as you need to be — and not a day longer.
Wellness on your terms
Feeling great? Go enjoy it. Occasional check-ins — monthly, or every few months — are welcome if they help you stay feeling good. Never required.
Not improving? We dig deeper
We don’t repeat the same treatment without progress. If you’re not responding, we refer out — for imaging (X‑ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound) or to the right specialist — to find out why.

Recovery FAQ

Good questions.

Do I book these separately?
Usually not - they’re layered into your regular visits when they fit your plan. Dr. Moore will suggest one when it can genuinely help.
Is this the same ultrasound used for imaging?
No - therapeutic ultrasound uses sound waves to gently warm and soothe deep tissue. It doesn’t take pictures, and you feel little more than a warm wand gliding.
What does E-Stim feel like?
A light tingling or fluttering as the pads gently cycle the muscle. Intensity is set to your comfort, and most people find it relaxing.
How long does RockTape stay on?
Typically several days - through showers, workouts, and daily life. It supports you while you move rather than immobilizing you.
Will these fix my problem on their own?
Honestly, no - they’re supporting therapies, not stand-alone cures. They work best layered around your main care plan, and we retire them once they’ve done their job.
